CHIE Incense Purification

CHIE is the ability to see things as they really are, to recognize the truth in its purest form. This sentiment carries into Nippon Kodo's CHIE  incense collection. Each fragrance is made with aromatics in powder form culled from their native source—Palo Santo from Peru, Agarwood from Indonesia, Sandalwood from Australia—and no synthetic oils or bamboo core. The result is a clean burning, pure scent that lingers in the air long after the stick has burned down.  

Each box includes 30 incense sticks and a ceramic incense holder made in Seto, a 100 year old kiln.

Purification features notes of Palo Santo, Hinoki (Japanese Cypress), and Sandalwood, scents that are often used in spiritual purification rituals around the world.
